This tutorial will not cover how to install mods on consoles, only on PCs where you can use this method. Go to this website and download all DLC's (Grid 2 - Steam) If you haven't downloaded UTILITY yet, click  HERE  and install it. DO NOT use other mod tools for this game as they could get you banned! After installing, simply place UTILITY into any folder on your computer. Install all DLC's (Grid 2 - Steam) Start UTILITY. After opening the program, you should see a window like this: Click anywhere on your HDD to enter the "Files" menu.
